For our clients
Secure document upload
Tax returns, payslips, contracts, ID documents: this is confidential information. Please do not send it to us as plain email attachments or via WhatsApp, but through a protected upload channel, with end-to-end encryption.
Upload your documents No registration needed. Files up to 5 GB.How to do it, in 4 steps
- Upload your filesOn the upload page, select your documents and enter your email address.
- Turn on the passwordUnder “Link settings”, enable password protection and choose a strong password.
- Send us the linkClick “Create Secure Link”, copy the link and email it to info@studio-commercialisti.it.
- Share the password separatelyNever in the same email: call us, or send it by text message or WhatsApp to your contact person at the Studio.
The link stays active for 7 days: we download your documents as soon as we receive it and confirm receipt.
Why it is secure
Files are encrypted on your device before they are sent. The key to open them is contained only in the link, which the service provider does not store: without the link and password nobody, not even the service operator, can read their content. Files are deleted automatically once the link expires. Sending the link and the password through two different channels keeps your data safe even if one mailbox were compromised.
A few tips
- PDF is preferred; photos are fine if clearly legible.
- Give files a clear name, e.g.
Smith_2025_payslip_Dec.pdforSmith_lease_agreement.pdf. - You can upload several files in the same link.
- Never send online banking passwords or access codes to online services: we do not need them and will never ask for them.
