ROSARIA LOMBARDI

“In 1988, I graduated with a degree in Economics and Business and began my professional career at IBM as a systems engineer.

After four years, I decided to pursue a career as a freelance Chartered Accountant, focusing particularly on companies in crisis. I was appointed as a court commissioner and bankruptcy trustee at the Monza Court and provided expert consulting services in both civil and criminal proceedings.

I am registered as a Technical Consultant (CTU) with the Milan Court and as an Expert with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Milan. Additionally, I am a Certified Public Auditor (MEF), a Civil Mediator, and a Court-Appointed Administrator for proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Section for Preventive Measures of the Milan Court.

I provide expert technical consulting in accounting and criminal matters (corporate offenses), income and asset valuations, including in separation and divorce proceedings, as well as in out-of-court and judicial settlements and corporate restructuring operations.

In 2016, I earned a degree in Psychology and, after registering with the Lombardy Order of Psychologists, I specialized in corporate organization and human resource management.

I am a member of the Disciplinary Board of the ODCEC (Association of Chartered Accountants) of Milan and serve on the ODCEC Milan Committees for Court-Appointed Experts in civil and criminal cases.

I am a speaker at specialist conferences and have authored several articles published in the Journal of Chartered Accountants of Monza and in specialized publications of ODCEC Milan.”
